A marriage of Shiraz from two mature vineyards. Cowham (40+ years old) in the Light Pass sub-region and Scheer (50+ years old) in Rowland Flat. Grown on Peramangk and Ngadjuri Country.
Matured for 10 months in 1 year old, 300 litre French barrels.
